It is commonly used in residential fire sprinkler applications when deemed acceptable by the jurisdiction of the local authorities. The 700XLFP may be installed vertically or horizontally, and includes a 1'''' female union inlet x 1'''' female outlet connection for versatile installation. Features include corrosion-resistant stainless steel springs and cast bronze main valve body, a maximum pressure of 175 psi and a maximum temperature of 180°F.
